I would like to schedule a boarding appointment

Please head over to the Submit Forms Online page to fill out the boarding contract. The details of your appointment will be included on this form. There is a boarding contract specifically for dogs, a boarding contract specifically for cats, as well as a boarding contract specifically for small pets (which does not include cats or dogs) such as rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.

All boarding reservations are made on our website by filling out the boarding contract on the submit forms online page of our website.

Request a grooming appointment

Please take note that this is an appointment request. Your pet is not automatically in our schedule. We will get back to you regarding your request. If the date and or time you requested is unavailable we will get back to you with grooming appointment availability.

Please also take note the best way to make a grooming appointment is by giving us a call at 610-944-6468. You're welcome to reach out through our website, Facebook page, or email for a grooming appointment but please remember when leaving us a voicemail, email, or Facebook message that we do still ask the questions below be answered. The answers to these questions help the estimate how much time may be needed for your dog's grooming appointment, as well as dates and times that may work for the groomer and for you based on your requested grooming date and time.

Is there a particular day or days that would work for you to get your dog groomed? If you have certain days that will not work that you would like to mention you may.
Is there a certain time you prefer? (If you can only do a certain time drop off please let us know. If you need your dog done by a certain time please let us know. These may effect appointment availability.
What type of grooming appointment are you looking to schedule?
- I would like my dog to have his/her nails trimmed
- I would like my dog to have his/her ears cleaned (ear hair plucking if needed and ear cleaning)
- Please bathe my dog (nails trimmed, ears cleaned, dog bathed and dried but no hair brushed, trimmed or shaved)
- Please give my dog a full groom (nails trimmed, ears cleaned, dog brushed, hair trim or hair cut)
Please go into detail regarding any trimming, hair cut, shaving you would like done on your pet(s). If you have more than one pet please specify this for each pet.
Is your pet matted? Please keep in mind de-matting can be uncomfortable. If you want de-matting, depending on how much matting there is there may be an additional fee for dematting. We do advise that mats be shaved out, as it is much more comfortable for your pet and we do not want anyone’s pet to be uncomfortable or unhappy during grooming we want them to enjoy the grooming process. Please keep in mind that in some situations matting is too severe to de mat and needs to be shaved off.
Please keep in mind grooming service fees are based upon the size/weight of the pet, pet’s coat condition, pet’s behavior, and the desired groom. Please keep in mind without seeing the animal and feeling its coat the groomer may not be able to provide an accurate grooming fee estimate, and without grooming the animal or knowing its grooming behavior history the groomer cannot determine if there would be an added for bad behavior. Please let us know if you would like the groomer to give you an estimate. If you would like an estimate please make sure you have provided the breed, size, coat condition, if any bad behavior concerns are expected during grooming, and what the desired grooming is.
Does your pet have any medical concerns that would effect him/her during the grooming process? (for example - is your dog overweight, arthritic, or have a previous or current injury that does not allow him/her to stand for grooming whether it be for long or short periods? Does your dog have any kind of warts, tumors, or other growths that we should be concerned about?
Has your pet had a recent illness or surgery – if so please contact your veterinarian to ensure that your pet is well enough to be groomed. If your pet has a transferrable illness we cannot groom him/her until he/she is back in good health as that posses a health risk to the other pets in our care, and we want everyone to remain in good health. If you pet has recently had a surgery, he/she may not be feeling well, may require rest, or may have the surgery incision site that cannot yet get wet.
Does your pet have any known behavioral concerns? If your pet already comes to us on a regular basis we likely already know this, but this is asked incase anything has changed or if this is your pet’s first time with us. For example if you know your pet dislikes his feet being handled, face shaved, or bites for nail trimming – this is all very helpful information for us to know. While many dogs show warning signs before showing signs of possibly bitting some dogs do not. A bite can potentially be a severe injury to a groomer (including needing medical care, possibly needing stiches, possibly leading to infection) which could potentially leave the groomer unable to groom your dog, anyone else’s dog or perform other tasks. Thank you we do appreciate your honesty and concern for our groomer’s safety.
